How To Donate

All donations to The Rainbow Farm Trust are gratefully received, and below you can see some ideas of what your money will buy. Trustees and some of those who work on Rainbow Farm are volunteers, though some farmworkers are employed. If you have a specific request of what you would like your gift to be used for, please tell us when you make a donation.

There are four main ways to give, and donations from UK taxpayers can be worth an additional 22% to Rainbow Farm, making your gift go further - just fill in the Gift Aid section at the bottom of the form:

  • Regularly by bank standing order - email alexis.read@rainbowfarm.org for a standing order form
  • By one-off donation - email alexis.read@rainbowfarm.org for a giving form
  • Online - via www.justgiving.com - this enables simple, tax-effective online giving to Rainbow Farm
  • Through your employer's Give As You Earn (payroll giving) scheme - speak to your payroll department and provide them with the name and registered number of the charity: The Rainbow Farm Trust; Registered number 1110081. Please also let us know so that we can confirm that we have received it

There are also specific funds / events to support from time to time. For example, this year one of the founders of Rainbow Farm ran the London Marathon. If you would like to sponsor Andrew Furnival in this, it's not too late to do so via his Just Giving site

What will your money buy?

  • £50 per month takes care of their school transportation and medical care
  • £100 per month sustains a child and helps secure Rainbow Farm's future development, so that many more children can be helped
  • £125 pays for a group of 20 children and 3 leaders to come to spend a weekend on Rainbow Farm

Rainbow Farm Yellow House Fund

The Rainbow Farm Yellow House Fund was kickstarted at That-Ball, when £3,000 was raised through the sale of raffle tickets and yellow lego bricks! Generous donations since then have helped increase the fund to nearly three-quarters of our target. However, we have a further to raise the £40,000 needed to build the yellow house – the next children’s home for 10 children on Rainbow Farm. One way you can do this is via our Just Giving site - click here if you would like to contribute online - and do contact us if you would like to organise a special event for this.
